Not only does it have its own patio with a table and chairs for those warm summer evenings for which the Lake District is renowned, but The Retreat also enjoys a level of privacy not normally found in luxury B&B’s. Breakfast can be served in the suite at a time to suit you.
The Room
Designed to an exceptionally high specification, the bedroom and dining room are beautifully finished. A large leather sleigh bed takes centre stage, while visitors staying in this luxurious suite can also enjoy the large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV (and DVD player). There is a leather couch and dining table with chairs, along with a large walk-in wardrobe.
The Bathroom
The bathroom features a large luxury air bath big enough for two, mood lighting, a flat-screen TV built-in above the bath and a spacious separate walk-in wet room jet shower. Should you wish to leave The Retreat the fells and Windermere are just 5 minutes away.
